What this site is
This site describes the software and automation services we offer and lets you send us an intake message. The descriptions, timelines, and pricing ranges on this site are general information. They do not form an offer or a quote.
Quotes and engagements
Any actual project is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Thomas Hart LLC. Pricing on this site is a starting range. A real price and scope are set in that written agreement before work begins. Nothing on this site creates a contract on its own.
Your submissions
When you send us an intake message, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle what you send.
No warranties
This site is provided as is. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, and the general information on it may change at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Thomas Hart LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our responsibilities for any paid project are set out in the written agreement for that project.
